In an effort to ensure the safety of all children, the Archdiocese of Newark, St.Agnes church and school require that everyone who works or volunteers with the children of St. Agnes complete a “Protecting God’s Children” workshop. 

“Protecting God’s Children” is a child safety program that trains adults on how to protect all children.  The training makes participants aware of the signs of child sexual abuse, the methods and means by which offenders commit abuse, and five easy steps one can take to prevent child sexual abuse. 

Workshops are approximately 3 hours long and are held one evening in October. As we have trained facilitators on site, workshops can be completed right here at St. Agnes.
